Alan is an Investment Associate at Aer Soléir, focussing on transaction structuring and management. Previously he was a Manager in EY’s Government and Infrastructure team, consulting on buy and sell side processes as well as Corporate Power Purchase Agreements.

Prior to EY, Alan was part of the Investment Team at Cullaun Capital, a provider of development finance in the Republic of Ireland, specialising in residential and commercial assets. Alan began his career at Three Rock Capital, a Dublin based Commodity Trading Advisor, before moving into a Corporate Finance role at IBI Corporate Finance. He holds two degrees from the University of Limerick, both based on a combination of Mathematics and Finance.
