Caroline has over 12 years experience in renewables, developing and executing offshore wind, onshore wind, solar and storage projects in engineering and procurement roles.

Having previously worked for the German utility companies RWE and E.ON and for the Irish developer Mainstream Renewable Power, she joined the Aer Soléir team as a Senior Procurement Manager in 2022.
