Rachel has worked in the Renewables sector since 2013 and joined Aer Soléir as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer in 2022.

Prior to this, Rachel was the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Office Manager of Mainstream Renewable Power, where she also held a role as HR Administrator. She has a Bachelor of Business and Marketing.
