Aer Soléir is delighted to announce the signing of a solar photovoltaic co-development agreement with NRG+, an Italian-based renewable energy developer.

NRG+ has a strong presence across Italy and a robust greenfield renewable energy development portfolio. Throughout the co-development agreement, the collaboration will enable Aer Soléir to strengthen its presence and commitment to the Italian market. The alliance will allow Aer Soléir to realise up to 500 MW of solar projects. Ashurst Milan acted as legal advisor to Aer Soléir on the transaction.
